Justo antes de morir las muchachas entran en un estado llamado NDH (Near Death Happiness), una "pre-muerte" que se manifiesta en forma de un estado constante de alegría y felicidad. Después de su fallecimiento las jóvenes vuelven en forma de zombies comedores de carne, y son denominadas "Stacy".
